When someone you love dies, and you’ve been living out of state and didn’t realize their living circumstances, it can be so overwhelming. When I tell you this Bio-One team saved the day, I meant it. They saved my sanity! Making a call like this is so hard - you’re grieving, you’re maybe feeling guilty, or worried about judgement - but they are the BEST at reassuring you and taking the best possible care of the situation. They handle everything with respect and genuine kindness. My aunt’s house will still be an investor only type of home sale, but now I feel confident that I can send my real estate agent and potential investors in safely. And, most assuring of all, they took great care with setting aside photos, important papers, IDs, and credit cards! Me and another family member hired bio one to do a hazardous cleaning and I called them yesterday and they did the cleaning four hours later the same day. Everyone I spoke to was so nice and accommodating. Two guys came out after two hours of driving to clean a house And did such an amazing job. It only took them an hour and a half, and it would’ve taken me all day to do this if I had to do it myself. The two guys that came out were extremely nice, and even asked me how my holiday was.
