We had an urgent need of clean up due to the death of a relative in a hoarding situation. I pray that others never need such a service, but if they do, we highly recommend BioOne. The team was responsive, professional, kind and non-judgmental. Their work was top notch.

BioOne came out quickly and did an excellent job cleaning a bedroom of rodent droppings. Jermaine was so professional. Cleaning was done quickly and very throughly. And he used professional-grade fogger at end too. Now it smells so fresh. I’m a highly satisfied customer. And so relieved that it’s safe to use that room again. "Tony, you did great setting this up on a near-emergency basis, and the job was successfully completed in one day as promised. Don't know if you know, but the crew didn't finish until 9:20 pm--a very, very long day. I want to take this moment to sing praises of Revis and his crew. Revis was an absolute monster to get the job done to my satisfaction, asking me over and over in the evening if the cleanup met my expectations. It did, and then some. Also, he was instrumental in helping me find various objects and boxes buried in the pile of debris in the rooms, setting them aside for me to examine. I asked him to do this, not expecting much success, but he was very thorough in setting things aside for me. Can't say enough good things about him, and his crew!"

I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Tony and the Bio-One DC team. I came to DC to begin the process of handling my late Uncle’s estate and belongings. I was more than a little overwhelmed at the condition of his apartment and the sheer volume of “stuff” it held. I called Tony on Friday night and he had a crew meet me Saturday morning. Lawrence and Jermaine were incredible! They were friendly, compassionate and more than prepared to handle the task at hand. I’m still amazed at the difference after they spent the better part of their Saturday (6 hours) tackling the chaos. They were incredibly efficient and did an amazing job.
