They are very compassionate about the needs of their customers and remains flexible to ensure the quality of work is a pure reflection of their core values. They provided me with a quote and an A1 team less 48 hours to assist me with damage that would have cost me thousands of dollars. There is not a job too big or too messy for the Bio-One team. Professionalism from start to finish. Let’s start with the fact, they answered the phone promptly and politely on a Sunday afternoon. Within 15 minutes of sending photos of the affected area a technician was dispatched to my location and arrived within the hour. WOW! As you can see from the photo, the affected area was treated with detail and care. 10/10 would recommend!

We recently needed to clear and clean a condo that had been subjected to a couple of decades' worth of clutter and neglect. In order to accommodate the occupant, we needed to be able to break the task down into two or more sessions rather than address it all at once. After vetting multiple companies we hired BioOne. Tony, the owner, worked with us on a plan and estimate that allowed us to efficiently tackle the worst issues in two full days. The crew--Chad, Jermaine, Quinn, and Mason--worked hard and accomplished a great deal in terms of removal, grouping remaining items, and initial cleaning. When we mentioned to Tony that some of the planned deep cleaning had not been completed due to time constraints, he arranged to send a cleaning crew out on Day 3. Shannon and LaKeisha did excellent work and left the place in a condition that exceeded our expectations. We're very happy with the services we received from BioOne and felt they were professional, responsive, efficient, and frankly delivered a better value than other companies we priced for the job. We would recommend them to anyone in the DMV who needs to address a severely cluttered property.

We recently moved into our new home and found mice in the garage. I called a pest control company and then looked up a company who could decontaminate under the garage shelving. Bio One quickly responded to my inquiry and coordinated a time to come out once we got the all clear from the pest control rep. They provided prompt, professional service and now I can use my garage without feeling queasy. I would highly recommend them if you need a space professionally decontaminated.

Tremendous service and worth every penny. They had a team out the very next day to address a big rodent dropping cleanup job. They went above and beyond and the final result was amazing.

Me and another family member hired bio one to do a hazardous cleaning and I called them yesterday and they did the cleaning four hours later the same day. Everyone I spoke to was so nice and accommodating. Two guys came out after two hours of driving to clean a house And did such an amazing job. It only took them an hour and a half, and it would’ve taken me all day to do this if I had to do it myself. The two guys that came out were extremely nice, and even asked me how my holiday was.
