When tragedy, trauma, or an unexpected event turns your world upside down, cleanup is often the last thing on your mind. Yet someone has to handle it...
I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Tony and the Bio-One DC team. I came to DC to begin the process of handling my late Uncle’s estate and belongings. I was more than a little overwhelmed at the condition of his apartment and the sheer volume of “stuff” it held. I called Tony on Friday night and he had a crew meet me Saturday morning. Lawrence and Jermaine were incredible! They were friendly, compassionate and more than prepared to handle the task at hand. I’m still amazed at the difference after they spent the better part of their Saturday (6 hours) tackling the chaos. They were incredibly efficient and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Tony and team.

They did a great job! They gave me fast service and arrived on time, and were very compassionate about what for me was an emotional issue. I needed a cleaning after my cat brought in a baby rat that took me about 6 weeks to get rid of. It had made a stinking mess in my kitchen in in accessible areas I couldn't clean properly, and I felt I couldn't disinfect any part of my kitchen properly or get out the stench using normal products and techniques. They were able to make my kitchen clean and safe, and get out about 90% of the stench, which has continued to fade since then, and may be gone now. I am so grateful.

From the moment I reached out to Bio-One I have been treated with patience and respect. What an amazing crew, these men worked tirelessly to ensure I was pleased with the outcome and they did not disappoint. It does not even look or smell like the same house. Thank you Bio-One DC and a special thank you to all the crew!

WOW! Dan, Oscar and Toby showed up at my house 2 hours after my phone call to Ryan. I was impressed already. These extremely polite and friendly men showed up and within 2 hours had all the carpet torn out, the wall board cut away and the sewage backup cleaned up, cleared out, deodorized and sanitized. They explained everything they did as they were doing it in the most professional, friendly and polite way imaginable. They were constantly concerned about my safety and well-being. They treated me like family! I've never had better service in my life and I thank each and every one of you for helping me so quickly and so thoroughly. I am singing your praises to anyone who will listen 🤩 Thank you, thank you, thank you. You took a horrible situation (sewage pouring through a wall into my living room carpet)and made it better. I give you 10 stars‼️💐

Bio One DC is THE ONLY biohazard cleanup company I will use for the rest of my career. I manage a condominium and needed biohazard cleanup in three of the units within the building. Tony answered the call immediately, answered all my questions, turned around the estimate in less than 24 hours, and finished the cleaning within 48 hours of the initial call. Jermaine, one of the crew leaders was so nice, pleasant, respectful, and DID AN AMAZING JOB. I will only be calling Bio One DC. I can’t express how satisfied I am with the job. Thank you all so much!!!

Can’t thank the Bio One DC Team of Jermaine, Chad and DeWayne. Arrived on time, worked efficiently and effectively to solve our problem. Also, Tony was responsive and incredibly flexible in scheduling and ensuring everything was set for my appointment. Highly recommend Bio One DC.

BioOne service did an awesome job. In the middle of my critical crisis. I had to make a call to a crime cleaner service. BioOne was one of the top three people to contact. Once I made the called. I explained to him what happen. Tony was extremely professional, kind and courteous. I had to call him a few times. Not once did he get irritated with me. Tony explained the process step by step which help me understand more of what was about to take place. A few hours later he showed up with his technician. They both did an excellent job. I highly recommend BioOne services for all your professional needs.

A week ago, I had an emergency need for a biohazard service and a short time frame of a few hours to finish it. Bio-One DC made immediate arrangements, completed the job swiftly and perfectly, and sent a specialist who was excellent and kind. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!
