Holding cells see a constant flow of detainees, many of whom arrive injured, intoxicated, or carrying infectious diseases. Blood, vomit, urine, drug...
"Tony, you did great setting this up on a near-emergency basis, and the job was successfully completed in one day as promised. Don't know if you know, but the crew didn't finish until 9:20 pm--a very, very long day. I want to take this moment to sing praises of Revis and his crew. Revis was an absolute monster to get the job done to my satisfaction, asking me over and over in the evening if the cleanup met my expectations. It did, and then some. Also, he was instrumental in helping me find various objects and boxes buried in the pile of debris in the rooms, setting them aside for me to examine. I asked him to do this, not expecting much success, but he was very thorough in setting things aside for me. Can't say enough good things about him, and his crew!"

Lawrence and his team (Jermaine and Rivers) were exceptional. I honestly would give them 10 stars if I could. Booking was effortless, they were on time and ready to get to work. They were extremely respectful and very, very mindful of my home. They are informative, professional, and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the work done and that I was once again comfortable in my home (mice droppings-yuck!). I hope I never have the need to, but I would call them again in a minute if needed.

"Recommend highly! We had a violent death in the family on Christmas Eve 2022. We initially called another biohazard clean up service with excellent reviews and their communication and response time were poor and inconsistent, adding more stress to an already horrible situation. We contacted Bio-One and Jermaine and Andre came out the SAME DAY we contacted them, within an hour or two, and started work immediately. They left the ozone machine running overnight so the next day when we returned there was no odor, no trace, nothing to indicate anything had ever happened. Everything was disinfectd, all biohazard removed, and smelled like a normal house without chemical smells. We were (are) grieving and traumatized. Jermaine and Andre were so kind and professional. Their service took a load off of our shoulders. I don’t believe in angels but if I did, Jermaine and Andre would qualify. I will forever be grateful for their services when I needed them most."

Bio-One was wonderful! From Tony answering the phone after 6 PM on a Friday night, to then calling me 45 minutes later to let me know I had an appointment at 10 AM the next day. I truly appreciate his customer service, friendliness, and willingness to help me out in a time of need! Both Jermaine and Dewayne were fabulous! They arrived earlier then the appointment time and walked me through the whole process. They insured me that all of the chemicals and processes they would use were not only safe for humans but for pets. I truly appreciate their timeliness to this matter. I highly recommend and trust the services of Bio-One and would use them again in a heartbeat for any hazardous related issues!

Tony came out on a hot summer day and did a great job cleaning out a deer mouse infestation in my car. Got everything vaccuumed up, santizied, and fogged clean, all for a flat rate quote. Pleasant dude and nice service all around, would recommend.
