WOW! Dan, Oscar and Toby showed up at my house 2 hours after my phone call to Ryan. I was impressed already. These extremely polite and friendly men showed up and within 2 hours had all the carpet torn out, the wall board cut away and the sewage backup cleaned up, cleared out, deodorized and sanitized. They explained everything they did as they were doing it in the most professional, friendly and polite way imaginable. They were constantly concerned about my safety and well-being. They treated me like family! I've never had better service in my life and I thank each and every one of you for helping me so quickly and so thoroughly. I am singing your praises to anyone who will listen 🤩 Thank you, thank you, thank you. You took a horrible situation (sewage pouring through a wall into my living room carpet)and made it better. With COVID-19 and increased rat presence, while we do have a rodent control contractor, but the rats became relentless with waste all over our patio Bio One was very responsive, coming in less than 24 hours and extremely thorough, cleaning the waste and disinfecting everything from the patio tiles, artificial grass, patio furniture and more. It now smells super clean and actually gave our patio a spring cleaning! Haha. Thank you! Highly recommend.

We recently needed to clear and clean a condo that had been subjected to a couple of decades' worth of clutter and neglect. In order to accommodate the occupant, we needed to be able to break the task down into two or more sessions rather than address it all at once. After vetting multiple companies we hired BioOne. Tony, the owner, worked with us on a plan and estimate that allowed us to efficiently tackle the worst issues in two full days. The crew--Chad, Jermaine, Quinn, and Mason--worked hard and accomplished a great deal in terms of removal, grouping remaining items, and initial cleaning. When we mentioned to Tony that some of the planned deep cleaning had not been completed due to time constraints, he arranged to send a cleaning crew out on Day 3. Shannon and LaKeisha did excellent work and left the place in a condition that exceeded our expectations. We're very happy with the services we received from BioOne and felt they were professional, responsive, efficient, and frankly delivered a better value than other companies we priced for the job. We would recommend them to anyone in the DMV who needs to address a severely cluttered property.

When someone you love dies, and you’ve been living out of state and didn’t realize their living circumstances, it can be so overwhelming. When I tell you this Bio-One team saved the day, I meant it. They saved my sanity! Making a call like this is so hard - you’re grieving, you’re maybe feeling guilty, or worried about judgement - but they are the BEST at reassuring you and taking the best possible care of the situation. They handle everything with respect and genuine kindness. My aunt’s house will still be an investor only type of home sale, but now I feel confident that I can send my real estate agent and potential investors in safely. And, most assuring of all, they took great care with setting aside photos, important papers, IDs, and credit cards! I don’t throw around the term blessing carelessly, so believe me when I say Bio-One is a true blessing, and I am grateful!

I called Bio-One DC and they were able to send someone the next day to clean up my storage room. The technician called ahead to make sure I was aware when she would come. The technician did a great job cleaning the room. She spent time checking all the areas in the room. At the end, she also gave me some tips on avoiding the problem in the future.

I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Tony and the Bio-One DC team. I came to DC to begin the process of handling my late Uncle’s estate and belongings. I was more than a little overwhelmed at the condition of his apartment and the sheer volume of “stuff” it held. I called Tony on Friday night and he had a crew meet me Saturday morning.
