Besides the extraordinary customer service and professionalism, I am most grateful for Jermaine’s and Tony’s sympathetic manner. The entire Bio-One team went above and beyond to support our condominium community while managing an outrageous hoarding clean-out. Jermaine was in regular contact me and showed tremendous patience with the hovering mother still processing the horrific contaminated scene. Jermaine made two courtesy visits to accommodate the mother’s need to go through items and move heavy objects. Jermaine provided extra disinfectant, treated the area with an anti-COVID product and left an air purifier overnight to appease my smell sensitivity - all free of charge! I received 3 bids and Tony’s estimate was a significantly better value. I hope the universe responds in kind to their generosity - I HEART BIO-ONE!

When I found dead mice and mouse droppings in my garage, I had no idea who to call or where to begin to clean it up. Tony was incredibly helpful when he came by to take a look. His team came a couple of days later and carefully disinfected my boxes and moved them into a storage unit. They did a thorough cleaning of my garage all within a day. I highly recommend these folks for those jobs that you can't just hire a maid service for.

Me and another family member hired bio one to do a hazardous cleaning and I called them yesterday and they did the cleaning four hours later the same day. Everyone I spoke to was so nice and accommodating. Two guys came out after two hours of driving to clean a house And did such an amazing job. It only took them an hour and a half, and it would’ve taken me all day to do this if I had to do it myself. The two guys that came out were extremely nice, and even asked me how my holiday was. The cleaning exceeded my expectations. Definitely would hire again. Thank you to everyone at bio one for helping get this job done and being so awesome.
