I called Bio-One spoke with Tiny regarding a dear friend's residence without hesitation he explained his company process and said not to worry they could make a difference. I had to write an endorsement for the work this team of men have done; to endure such an undertaking with compassion and encouragement all while diligently purging three levels within the home. Afterwards coming back and disinfecting each area. Not once did I see a look of disgust. Total professionalism exhibited. Tony gave recommendations to continue maintaining a more healthy living environment. I called Bio-One on a Sunday to inquire about having a bathroom that had extensive sewage contamination from a toilet backup that was discovered weeks later. Tony was extremely responsive and professional assuring me that Bio-One could handle the job. Tony was even willing to try and schedule the job the same day, however I ended up opting to schedule the appointment on a subsequent day. Tony called me the next day on Monday to see if I was able to have the job done later that day. I agreed. Tony promptly confirmed the name of the technician and his time of arrival. Jermaine, the technician was prompt, professional and his work was thorough. He came in and tackled the job working diligently until the affected areas were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. While I hope I won’t need this kind of service again, Bio-One is without questions a top notch operation when it comes to hazardous clean up. Five stars for Bio-One.

Bio 247 LLC D/B/A Bio-One DC - 10/2021 - 5 star +++ service and rating! Bio-One is a firm specializing in extreme cleanup services. They helped us deal with a family member’s home that had level 4 hoarding and extreme infestation by cockroaches and some mice. We had initially used another firm that was recommended to us, specializing in trash and junk removal. After they removed some items, they found they were unwilling/unable to complete the job in this hoarding situation. My wife did some research and located Bio-One, a locally owned firm in DC that specializes in hoarding cleanout. We spoke with Tony Holloman, a co-owner at Bio-One DC who conducted a review of the property and recommended what we needed to do. Tony is knowledgeable, very easy to deal with, respectful and understanding with the mental issues driving people to hoarding. We hired Tony and his firm right away and they were able conduct the clean-out and clean-up almost immediately upon our schedule. Tony and his crew and Bio-One clearly are experts in their field, were able to completely clean out, disinfect and fumigate the entire residence and stayed until the job was completed. The work was amazing and the entire house was sparkling clean! The work was professionally conducted, Tony and his team of experts were respectful of the residents and very easy to work with. The results were beyond our expectation – and all done at a fair, reasonable price. We would without hesitation recommend Bio-One to anyone needing extreme cleanup services in the DC and surrounding area. Claire & Jim V.

From the first time I spoke with Tony he assured me that he could help with cleaning out my deceased sister home. I was relieved because I never dealt with a hoarding issue before. And didn't know how to handle the issue. But working with Tony's cleaning crew was amazing from start to finish the cleaning crew treated me with the upmost respect and kindness doing the clean out process. BioOne came out quickly and did an excellent job cleaning a bedroom of rodent droppings. Jermaine was so professional. Cleaning was done quickly and very throughly. And he used professional-grade fogger at end too. Now it smells so fresh. I’m a highly satisfied customer. And so relieved that it’s safe to use that room again.
