The Bio-ONE DC team was GREAT at helping me clean out my mother's home. The level of patience, professionalism, sincerity, transparency and encouragement displayed by each team member was unmatched! My mother's home looks like a night and day transformation! I would highly suggest Bio-One DC for any biohazard remedy job. When someone you love dies, and you’ve been living out of state and didn’t realize their living circumstances, it can be so overwhelming. When I tell you this Bio-One team saved the day, I meant it. They saved my sanity! Making a call like this is so hard - you’re grieving, you’re maybe feeling guilty, or worried about judgement - but they are the BEST at reassuring you and taking the best possible care of the situation. They handle everything with respect and genuine kindness. My aunt’s house will still be an investor only type of home sale, but now I feel confident that I can send my real estate agent and potential investors in safely. And, most assuring of all, they took great care with setting aside photos, important papers, IDs, and credit cards! "Recommend highly! We had a violent death in the family on Christmas Eve 2022. We initially called another biohazard clean up service with excellent reviews and their communication and response time were poor and inconsistent, adding more stress to an already horrible situation. We contacted Bio-One and Jermaine and Andre came out the SAME DAY we contacted them, within an hour or two, and started work immediately. They left the ozone machine running overnight so the next day when we returned there was no odor, no trace, nothing to indicate anything had ever happened. Everything was disinfectd, all biohazard removed, and smelled like a normal house without chemical smells. We were (are) grieving and traumatized. Jermaine and Andre were so kind and professional. From the first time I spoke with Tony he assured me that he could help with cleaning out my deceased sister home. I was relieved because I never dealt with a hoarding issue before. And didn't know how to handle the issue. But working with Tony's cleaning crew was amazing from start to finish the cleaning crew treated me with the upmost respect and kindness doing the clean out process.
