The team at Bio-One is top-notch. I closed on a property and needed to have to have it cleared before I could start renovations. I called Bio-One and specified what I needed and told them of my timeline—I needed to get my team in the house fast. I’m hey explained their process and was able to accommodate my short timeline. The house looked so different with all the filth the removed. I was surprised after the work was completed because I was able to save. The flooring in two rooms. They helped us deal with a family member’s home that had level 4 hoarding and extreme infestation by cockroaches and some mice. We had initially used another firm that was recommended to us, specializing in trash and junk removal. After they removed some items, they found they were unwilling/unable to complete the job in this hoarding situation. My wife did some research and located Bio-One, a locally owned firm in DC that specializes in hoarding cleanout. We spoke with Tony Holloman, a co-owner at Bio-One DC who conducted a review of the property and recommended what we needed to do. Tony is knowledgeable, very easy to deal with, respectful and understanding with the mental issues driving people to hoarding. We hired Tony and his firm right away and they were able conduct the clean-out and clean-up almost immediately upon our schedule. Tony and his crew and Bio-One clearly are experts in their field, were able to completely clean out, disinfect and fumigate the entire residence and stayed until the job was completed. The work was amazing and the entire house was sparkling clean! The work was professionally conducted, Tony and his team of experts were respectful of the residents and very easy to work with. The results were beyond our expectation – and all done at a fair, reasonable price. The team was on time, smart, caring, compassionate, efficient, experts at cleaning and disinfecting everything. I had become a hoarder and three months severe back pain prevented me from keeping my place up. It was awful but I felt no shame with the way they handled things. They restored my apartment to being spotless and clean for a healthy living environment as I recover from my spinal fusion surgery. They even found my missing Apple Pencil. I have a new life thanks to them. I cannot recommend them more.

We recently moved into our new home and found mice in the garage. I called a pest control company and then looked up a company who could decontaminate under the garage shelving. Bio One quickly responded to my inquiry and coordinated a time to come out once we got the all clear from the pest control rep.
