"Tony, you did great setting this up on a near-emergency basis, and the job was successfully completed in one day as promised. Don't know if you know, but the crew didn't finish until 9:20 pm--a very, very long day. I want to take this moment to sing praises of Revis and his crew. Revis was an absolute monster to get the job done to my satisfaction, asking me over and over in the evening if the cleanup met my expectations. It did, and then some. Also, he was instrumental in helping me find various objects and boxes buried in the pile of debris in the rooms, setting them aside for me to examine. I asked him to do this, not expecting much success, but he was very thorough in setting things aside for me. Can't say enough good things about him, and his crew!"

From the first time I spoke with Tony he assured me that he could help with cleaning out my deceased sister home. I was relieved because I never dealt with a hoarding issue before. And didn't know how to handle the issue. I contacted Bio-One DC on a Thursday to provide an assessment of a barn on one of the Park locations for the removal of Raccoon Feces. Tony immediately responded to the site within 30 minutes and provided a quote for services. Later that afternoon, I was sent an estimated proposal for Remediation of the site the next day. The team arrived on a Friday and immediately went to work. The location was engulfed with Raccoon feces on the stairs and both levels of the barn. Upon completion, the staff sent me pictures bolstering how impressed they were with the clean-up and how good it now smells. I appreciate the professionalism of the Bio-One DC team and efficiency of the service.

I called Bio-One DC and they were able to send someone the next day to clean up my storage room. The technician called ahead to make sure I was aware when she would come. The technician did a great job cleaning the room. She spent time checking all the areas in the room. At the end, she also gave me some tips on avoiding the problem in the future.
