Bio-One DC was very responsive to my request and questions. They not only confirmed they could handle removing all the empty boxes and other things that had piled up in an apartment during the pandemic, but could do some deep cleaning too. They offered a work date for the next day, but since it was during the weekend and was sooner than I could accommodate, they schedule it when it was convenient for me. There was excellent communication before and during the work. Jermaine, Larnell, and River were very kind about the situation and very helpful in getting the job done quickly. Thank you. Professionalism from start to finish. Let’s start with the fact, they answered the phone promptly and politely on a Sunday afternoon. Within 15 minutes of sending photos of the affected area a technician was dispatched to my location and arrived within the hour. WOW! As you can see from the photo, the affected area was treated with detail and care. 10/10 would recommend!

From the first time I spoke with Tony he assured me that he could help with cleaning out my deceased sister home. I was relieved because I never dealt with a hoarding issue before. And didn't know how to handle the issue. These guys could not be more professional. They came and surveyed our area that needed cleaning, which was in atrocious shape and smelled awful. Within a few hours we had an estimate and by the next day they cleared our whole basement room. The space is so clean you almost can't recognize it, they took all the junk with them and disinfected the area. AMAZING SERVICE
